Turkey Roll with Chipotle Mayo

Stuffed turkey breasts are just as tasty as a main course with potatoes. Or cut into narrow strips and serve cold on the buffet table. Perfect for Christmas!

|75 g sundried tomatoes|
|1 lemon, zest of|
|1 tsp chilli harissa|
|1 tbsp oil|
|4 turkey breasts|
|15 g butter|
|2 tbsp Santa Maria Chipotle Mayo Topping|
How to prepare
Pre-heat the oven to 175°
Mix the tomatoes, lemon, chilli harissa and oil into a smooth paste.
Make a slice in the turkey breast, stuff it with filling and then close it up with the help of a couple of cocktail sticks, or tie it together with roasting string.
Place the turkey breasts in an oven-proof dish and brush with a little melted butter. Sprinkle with a little extra chilli harissa.
Bake the turkey in the oven for approx. 30 minutes. Check it is cooked by piercing a skewer into the meat and ensure the juice runs clear.
- Serve with Chipotle Mayo Topping on the side.
