Pineapple Fajita Pizza

Give your pizza a Latin American twist with our Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix to add a kick of flavour. Served on a tortilla for a light alternative to a bread pizza base.

|1 tbsp cooking oil|
|500 g chicken breast fillet|
|1 sachet Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix|
|1 red onion|
|1 red pepper|
|4 Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas|
|0.5 bottle Santa Maria Medium Salsa|
|250 g grated mozzarella cheese|
How to prepare
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken strips. Add the onion, pepper and Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix. Leave to sizzle for about 3-4 minutes, add the pineapple chunks.
- Divide the Santa Maria Medium Salsa equally between the Tortillas and add half the cheese. Then add the fajita filling and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Place the pizzas on a baking tray and bake in the oven on the lowest shelf. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a lovely golden colour.
- Serve immediately with a delicious green salad. Garnish pizzas with rocket.
