A different way to vary your fajitas, grill the chicken or meat on the BBQ and serve in warm tortillas with salsa, guacamole style topping and soured cream topping.
- Coat the meat in oil, cover/rub with the fajita seasoning.
- Grill the meat over the BBQ on both sides until well cooked. Add the onion and pepper wedges for the last 4 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas and slice up the grilled meat and peppers in small strips.
- Serve in warm tortillas together with salad, Santa Maria Soured Cream topping, Medium Salsa and Guacamole Style Topping.
