|1 box yellow cherry tomatoes|
|1 green jalapeño|
|1 pot coriander|
|1 garlic clove|
|0.5 tsp Santa Maria Rock Salt|
|1 tbsp olive oil|
How to prepare
- Remove the jalapeño seeds and squeeze the juice from the limes.
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor to a smooth, green hot sauce.
- Serve the sauce with Tacos and Quesadillas or as a Tortilla chip dipping sauce.
