Salsa Verde, or green sauce as it means, is a Mexican classic that comes in a lot of varieties. This recipe creates a cold salsa with a kick.

  1. Remove the jalapeño seeds and squeeze the juice from the limes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor to a smooth, green hot sauce.
  3. Serve the sauce with Tacos and Quesadillas or as a Tortilla chip dipping sauce.
