Add a tasty Mexican twist to Potato Wedges by adding Fajita Seasoning Mix. Serve with a Soured Cream Topping. Makes the perfect snack to share with family and friends!
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- Cut potatoe into thick wedges, leaving the skins on. Coat potatoes in oil and Fajita Seasoning Mix, to taste.
- Lay on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until well browned and cooked.
- Serve immediately with Soured Cream Topping.
