| 500 g minced beef |
| 1 sachet Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix |
How to prepare
- Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan.
- Add 500g of lean beef mince and cook over a high heat until well browned.
- Reduce the heat, add the contents of this sachet and stir to coat the mince.
- Add 100ml water, bring to the boil and simmer gently until the mince is cooked and the water has evaporated.
