Carnitas, literally meaning "little meats", is a dish of Mexican cuisine that originated in the state of Michoacán. Carnitas are made by braising or simmering pork in oil until tender. We have created this recipe with a side of Tomatillo Salsa Verde, The sweet flavours of the salsa work perfectly with the smokiness of the pork. Perfect for a Restaurant.
