Plant-based is a trend that is exponentially growing, and it shows no signs of stopping. With this recipe, we have used our Santa Maria Vegetarian Taco Seasoning, which is a ready-made protein flavoured with cumin and chilli. Simply add chopped tomatoes and it's ready to go. Some people define a sofrito sauce as a Mexican pasta/tomato sauce. Whatever you choose to call it, it is the base for many great Mexican recipes. This recipe is ideal with our Vegetarian Taco Seasoning to make the perfect plant power Burrito. Perfect for Food-to-Go and Food Trucks.

10 Santa Maria Grill Mark Flour Tortilla Wrap
200 g spinach
1500 g Sofrito's Mix
500 g Santa Maria Avocado Slices
200 g Radish, thin sliced
500 g Santa Maria Salsa 950 g
200 g Santa Maria Green Jalapeños 500g
50 ml cooking oil
200 g Finely Diced Red Onion
250 g Finely Diced Red Pepper
250 g Finely Diced Courgette
150 g Santa Maria Vegetarian Taco Mix 487 g
400 g Santa Maria Creole Sauce

How to prepare

Fry the red onion, red pepper, and courgette in the oil in a pan. 

Add the Taco Seasoning and Creole Sauce 

Add 100ml water and simmer for 5/10 minutes 

Warm your Tortilla 

Add the spinach 

Add the rice 

Add the sofrito 

Add the Salsa 

Add the radishes, Jalapeños, and Avocado Slices 

Fold you Burrito and serve
