|300 g Santa Maria Bourbon Bbq Sauce 1100 g|

|150 g Santa Maria Green Jalapeños 500g|

|100 g sugar|
|150 ml water|
|1 tsp salt|
|2 red onions|
|50 ml Vinegar|
How to prepare
Pickled red onion
Heat vinegar, water and sugar in a saucepan. Let it just start to boil so that the sugar dissolves. Put the sliced red onion in a bowl and pour on the vinegar. Let it cool. Then put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Cook the meat-free burgers according to the instructions on the packet.
Start by preparing all the vegetables and toasting the hamburgers until they're golden brown. Then build the burger buns with lettuce, tomatoes, burger pattys, pickled red onions, guacamole, nachos and jalapeños.
