How to prepare
Here are our quick and simple steps to recreate this dish:
1. Put the chicken bites on to a tray
2. Add the chipotle sauce and bourbon BBQ sauce
3. Garnish with chives

150g Chicken Breast
Flour to coat
1 egg
50g 32105 Santa Maria Salted Tortilla Chips
5g 101263 Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning
Serve with
25g 45445 Santa Maria Chipotle Sauce
25g 45415 Santa Maria Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Chives
NOTE (Prep):
Chop chicken into bite size chunks
Dip the chicken in flour and egg
Roll in crushed Tortilla Chips, cook in the oven until the chicken is cooked through.
Once cooked sprinkle with chive
Serve with Chipotle and BBQ Sauce on the side for dipping.
