Jalapeño scrambled eggs

Hotten up your scrambled eggs with jalapeños and smoked paprika!

|20 whisked eggs|
|500 ml cream or milk|
|100 g soft butter|
|50 g Santa Maria Red Jalapeño|
|1 tbsp Santa Maria Smoked Paprika 230 g|
|salt and pepper|
How to prepare
Mix all ingredients together (except the paprika). Cook together until soft, plate and then dust with Santa Maria Smoked Paprika.
Serve with toasted fingers of tortilla instead of toast.
