A recipe for restaurants serving their guests breakfast. Grilled grapefruit with orange pepper is very simple to make and exciting to eat.
What to shop
|5 grapefruits, cut in half|
|50 ml brown sugar|
|1 tbsp Santa Maria Orange & Pepper 325 g|
How to prepare
Very simple. Sprinkle the grapefruit with brown sugar and the Santa Maria Orange & Pepper. Lightly grill until sugar has dissolved, then serve.
Serve with a side of crème fraiche.
