With the long summer days, why not fire up a BBQ and grill your favourite burgers. Just add Fajita Seasoning Mix to give it a Mexican flavour. The perfect snack to share with family and friends.
- Mix together the minced beef, egg and Fajita Seasoning Mix and shape into burgers.
- Preheat the grill (or fire up the BBQ) and cook burgers for about 3 minutes each side or until well cooked on the BBQ.
- Grab the Tortillas, place the burger on top and add cheese, sliced onion, tomato, lettuce and mayo.
- Fold and serve with potato wedges.
