A quick made vegetarian Taco filling with the typical taco flavor, made with a lot of veggies and a crunch from sunflower seeds.

| 1 pussi Santa Maria Bean & Corn Taco Spice Mix |
| 1 paketti Santa Maria Taco Shells |
Tee näin
- Heat the oil in a hot pan cut the zucchini in cubes and fry the golden all around.
- Add black beans and corn, lower the heat, stir gently
- Add sunflower seeds, water and spice mix.
- Let the filling simmer slowly for 1 minute.
- Heat the taco shells according to instructions on pack
- Serve the Bean and corn filling in the shells with salad and condiments. Top the tacos with cheese onion and coriander.
