| 800 g salmon fillets | 
| 0.5 tsp Santa Maria Rock Salt | 
| 1 sachet Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix | 
| 150 ml mayonnaise | 
| 3 tbsp chopped coriander | 
How to prepare
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. 
- Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish. 
- Sprinkle on the salt. 
- Mix the Fajita Seasoning Mix with mayonnaise and fresh coriander to make the fajita cream. 
- Spread the fajita cream onto the salmon. 
- Oven bake the fish for approx. 30 minutes or until cooked. 
- Serve with salad.
