Chipotle has a delicious smoky flavour, great for warming up those chilly bones on a wintery evening. Mix it with chicken and bacon or your favourite winter veggies to create the perfect sauce.

| 2 tbsp Santa Maria Chipotle Cooking Paste |
| 2 tbsp oil |
| 500 g tomato pasta sauce |

| 2 sachets Santa Maria Arroz Rojo Spicy Red Rice |
| 30 g Parmesan cheese |
How to prepare
- Chop the onions and slice the chicken and bacon. Mix together the onion, chicken and bacon with Chipotle Paste and oil.
- Fry the ingredients over a high heat until well browned and nearly cooked.
- Add tomato pasta sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 min.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese over steaming hot rice or pasta.
Chef's Tip!
Use Tortilla Wraps instead of rice or pasta for an alternative another night.
