How to prepare
Feta cheese topping
- Mince parsley, chives and shallots and crumble the feta cheese. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix in cress, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper and roasted onion.
Mushroom Sandwich
- Brush the mushrooms with grill oil and grill on high heat until they gets a nice colour. Heat the BBQ sauce in a saucepan in the meantime.
- Slice the mushrooms into thin slices and mix with the warm BBQ sauce.
- Grill the bread and wide on mayonnaise.
- Fill the bread with mushrooms and top with the feta cheese topping.
