Sense of responsibility starts from the family

Santa Maria started as a small family business, and this has shaped both our culture and identity.

Since 2010 we have been part of Paulig Group, and the familiar atmosphere and personal attitude to caring for the business and employees still live on to the highest possible degree. This is largely due to the fact that Paulig Group has a similar history and is still family-owned today. While we have the strength and ambitions of a big organisation, we also have the long-term thinking of a family business. Both our historical and future success is based on passion for food, dedicated employees and responsibility.
