Celeriac puree is a great accompaniment to fish and vegetarian dishes. In this easy made recipe, we complement the celeriac´s nice taste with the taste of lemon.

1 vnt. saliero
5 dl natūralaus pieno
200 g sviesto
2 arb. š. druskos
0.5 arb. š. Santa Maria Baltieji pipirai
1.5 valg.š. citrininio aliejaus

Kaip paruošti

  1. Peel and cut the celeriac in smaller pieces.
  2. Boil the celeriac with milk and 150 g of the butter (save the remaining butter until later) until the celeriac falls apart.
  3. Drain and keep the liquid in a bowl.
  4. Mix the celeriac smooth with some of the liquid and remaining butter. Flavour with salt, white pepper and lemon oil.
