1 satchet Santa Maria Fajita Spice Mix Original- 墨西哥烤肉玉米餅混合調味粉
50 ml water 水

1 packet Santa Maria Tortilla Original Large (6 pack) 墨西哥薄餅餅皮(6件裝)
2 pcs avocados 牛油果
1 jar Santa Maria Pineapple Salsa medium 230 g- 墨西哥式菠蘿莎莎醬 230克
500 g watermelon 西瓜
coriander 莞荽
lime 青檸

How to prepare

  1. Fry the vegetarian protein in oil in a hot pan, golden all around. Add peppers and onions, fry them so they get a little color.
  2. Lower the heat and pour in the Fajita spice mix and water - stir well.
  3. Serve the fajita filling in tortilla wraps with salad, guacamole and salsa.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and lime.

Tip! Try mixing diced mango into the guacamole for a more fruity variety that goes well with fajita.
