2 Peppers
1 Courgette
200 g Halloumi
1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Medium
Oil
Santa Maria Guacamole Style Topping Mild
Refried Beans
1 can Santa Maria Refried Beans Mild
1 tbsp Cooking oil
0.5 Onion
1 Garlic clove
1 tbsp Santa Maria Chipotle Paste

How to prepare

Fajita:

  1. Slice the onion, cut the peppers into strips and chop the courgette lengthwise.
  2. Cut the halloumi into sticks.
  3. Heat up a large frying pan with a few drops of oil.
  4. Fry vegetables and halloumi until everything is browned, about 2 minutes. Add Fajita Seasoning Mix.
  5. Place vegetables and refried beans in warm tortillas. Top with guacamole.

Refried Beans

  1. Finely chop onion and crush the garlic.
  2. Fry onion and garlic in oil.
  3. Add chipotle paste and refried beans and stir.
