Oven baking fish is simple, tasty and healthy. The slightly smoky flavour of the fajitas goes so well with salmon.

Salmon with Fajita Cream
800 g Salmon fillet
0.5 tsp Salt
1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Medium
150 ml Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Fresh coriander

How to prepare

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.

  3. Sprinkle on the salt.

  4. Mix the Fajita Seasoning Mix with mayonnaise and fresh coriander to make the fajita cream.

  5. Spread the fajita cream onto the salmon.

  6. Oven bake the fish for approx. 30 minutes or until cooked.

  7. Serve with salad.
