If you would like to eat in a traditional Japanese style, start dinner with sashimi; thinly sliced pieces of raw fish, white radish (daikon), wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. You can also add thin slices of beef and squid. Together, they make a perfect balance of the mild, acidic, salty and sweet.

200 g Salmon
1 tbsp Santa Maria Japanese Wasabi & Sesame
Salad
1 package leafy sprouts
1 package beef sprouts
Soy dressing
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

How to prepare

  1. Thinly slice the salmon. Place on a platter, drizzle with the Japanese Wasabi & Sesame.
  2.  In a bowl mix the shallots and the other ingredients to make a dressing. Mix the leafy sprouts and bean sprouts with a little of the dressing. Place on top of the salmon.
  3. Drizzle with the remainder of the dressing. Sprinkle with Japanese Wasabi & Sesame.
