What to shop
|1 kg Potatoes, skin on, cut into thick wedges|
|2 tbsp Oil|
|1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Medium|
How to prepare
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Coat potatoes in oil and seasoning, to taste.
Lay on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until well browned and cooked.
