Fajita flavoured steak with rich creamy blue cheese and mushrooms. Serve on a bed of watercress or green salad.

| 4 Sirloin steaks, cut into strips | 
| 300 g Button mushrooms, halved | 
| 3 tbsp Oil | 
| 1 Sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Medium | 
| 150 g Blue cheese, cubed | 
| 145 g Watercress, spinach, rocket salad | 
How to prepare
Coat steak and mushrooms in oil and Fajita Seasoning Mix.
Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot.
Add steak and mushrooms and fry over high heat for about 2 minutes or until browned and cooked to your taste.
Add cheese, quickly stir and serve immediately with watercress or green salad.
