Chilli and Lime Salmon
500 g Fresh Salmon Fillet
2 tbsp Santa Maria Peruvian Chilli & Lime
Tomato Salad
250 g Cherry tomatoes
20 g Fresh dill
3 Spring onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp Santa Maria Peruvian Chilli & Lime
1 tbsp Olive oil

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/Gas Mark 2. Rub the Chilli & Lime spice all over the salmon and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Cook the salmon in the oven for about 20 mins until cooked.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into half and mix with the dill, spring onions, Chilli & Lime spice and a drizzle of olive oil. 
  4. Sprinkle the salad over the salmon and serve immediately.
