Rhubarb & ginger lemonade

A delicious fruity and spicy lemonade with taste of rhubarb, ginger, vanilla and lemon. Add rich amount of fresh mint for extra flavor.

Ingredients:
600 g rabarber
1 pce gingembre frais
1 l d’eau
2 dl sucre
1 pce Le jus de citron
1 dl färsk mynta

Comment préparer

  1. Thinly slice the rhubarb with the skin on, peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
  3. Boil the rhubarb, ginger, vanilla seeds and vanilla pod with the water and sugar.
  4. Simmer for about 10 mins, squeeze in the lemon, remove and let cool.
  5. Let the lemonade stand at least an hour.
  6. Then sieve the lemonade and serve with ice and fresh mint.
