
Rhubarb & ginger lemonade

A delicious fruity and spicy lemonade with taste of rhubarb, ginger, vanilla and lemon. Add rich amount of fresh mint for extra flavor.

Ingredients:
600 g rabarber |
1 pce gingembre frais |
1 l d’eau |
2 dl sucre |
1 pce Le jus de citron |
1 dl färsk mynta |
Comment préparer
- Thinly slice the rhubarb with the skin on, peel and grate the ginger.
- Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
- Boil the rhubarb, ginger, vanilla seeds and vanilla pod with the water and sugar.
- Simmer for about 10 mins, squeeze in the lemon, remove and let cool.
- Let the lemonade stand at least an hour.
- Then sieve the lemonade and serve with ice and fresh mint.
