Prawn Tacos with Peruvian Garlic & Tomato Sauce

Our delicious Prawn Tacos are easy to prepare and are a real treat if you fancy an alternative to meat.

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add raw, peeled king prawns and fry quickly over high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat, add the contents of the Peruvian Garlic & Tomato Sauce sachet and stir well.
  3. Simmer for 1 minute, or until fully cooked.  Serve on Mini Coconut & Black Pepper Soft Tortillas with the avocado and diced onion.
  4. Garnish with coriander and lime wedges.

300 g raw, peeled king prawns
1 avocados, sliced
Fresh coriander
Thinly diced red onion
1 packs Santa Maria Mini Coconut & Black Pepper Soft Tortillas
