A satisfyingly chunky tomato sauce with garlic, paprika & peppers, served with spicy red rice. Just add your favourite vegetables and prawns!

How to prepare
1. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan. Add 300g raw peeled king prawns and fry quickly over high heat.
2. Reduce the heat, add the contents of this sachet and stir well.
3. Simmer for 1 minute, or until fully cooked. Serve with rice from Santa Maria Latin American Kitchen range and salad.
Don’t like prawns? Replace them with chicken.
