Cuban Chilli Sofrito Turkey

Ingredients
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 onions
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 sachets Santa Maria Cuban Chilli Sofrito Sauce
400 g turkey fillet
300 g rice
4 tsp chopped coriander
To Serve
4 tsp Santa Maria Soured Cream Topping
4 tbsp Santa Maria Green Jalapeños

How to prepare

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan.  Cook the onion and pepper for 3-4 mins until starting to soften and brown slightly.
  2. Stir in the turkey and Cuban Chilli Sofrito Sauce. Cook for a further few minutes.
  3. Serve with rice or tortillas. Sprinkle with chopped coriander. Add a dollop of soured cream to cool down, or dial up the heat with jalapeños.
