How to prepare
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Cook the onion and pepper for 3-4 mins until starting to soften and brown slightly.
- Stir in the turkey and Cuban Chilli Sofrito Sauce. Cook for a further few minutes.
- Serve with rice or tortillas. Sprinkle with chopped coriander. Add a dollop of soured cream to cool down, or dial up the heat with jalapeños.
