The perfect meal for those looking to do a light and healthy dinner in the week, using our Peruvian Chilli & Lime Extra Fine Selection Blend.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C/Gas Mark 2. Rub the Chilli & Lime spice all over the salmon and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Cook the salmon in the oven for about 20 mins until cooked.
- Cut the tomatoes into half and mix with the dill, spring onions, Chilli & Lime spice and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sprinkle the salad over the salmon and serve immediately.
