Caribbean Vegetable Curry

Give your vegetable curry a Caribbean twist with our Creamy Curry Seasoning Mix. Delicious with cream or add coconut milk to make it Vegan friendly. Serve it hot with Rice from our Latin American Kitchen range.

  1. Par-boil vegetables of your choice.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan. 
  3. Fry the vegetables over a medium heat. 
  4. Add the Creamy Curry Seasoning Mix and stir to coat the vegetables. 
  5. Add 200ml single cream, bring to the boil and let simmer for a few minutes, until cooked. Alternatively, add coconut milk to make it Vegan friendly.
