Chicken Curry
1 tbsp cooking oil
500 g chicken breast fillet
1 sachet Santa Maria Caribbean Creamy Chicken Curry Seasoning Mix
200 ml single cream

How to prepare

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan. 
  2. Cut 500g of chicken breast fillet into small cubes and fry over a high heat until well browned.
  3. Reduce the heat, add the contents of this sachet and stir to coat the chicken.
  4. Add 200ml single cream, bring to the boil and let simmer for a few minutes, until cooked.

Tip Try replacing the cream with coconut milk for a more tropical flavour.

Serve with fresh coriander, toppings and sides.
