Our seasoning mix is inspired by Indo-Caribbean food and, with its mild curry flavour, goes perfectly with chicken and cream.
- Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan.
- Cut 500g of chicken breast fillet into small cubes and fry over a high heat until well browned.
- Reduce the heat, add the contents of this sachet and stir to coat the chicken.
- Add 200ml single cream, bring to the boil and let simmer for a few minutes, until cooked.
Tip Try replacing the cream with coconut milk for a more tropical flavour.
Serve with fresh coriander, toppings and sides.
