Beetroot with almonds & spicy browned butter

Browned butter is always right! Here, we drizzle spicy browned butter over oven baked beet roots and top with roasted almonds. Tasty, quick and easy!

100 g butter
1 tsp Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
1 tsp Santa Maria Ingefära Malen
1 tsp Santa Maria Spiskummin
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 dl persilja
0.5 dl hackad mandel

How to prepare

  1. Boil the beetroots in salted water until they are soft with a slight core in the middle. Peel and cut them into smaller pieces.
  2. Brown the butter while stirring. Add black pepper, ginger, cumin, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley and remove from the heat.
  3. Put the beetroots in a serving dish and top with the browned butter and coarsely chopped toasted almonds. Serve, for example, as a side dish to a nice piece of fish.
