1 pc silverlök
1 pot coriander
1 can Santa Maria Refried Beans
8 pcs ägg
2 dl riven cheddar
2 dl crème fraiche
1 packet Santa Maria Tortilla Original Small (8-pack)
1 jar Santa Maria Chunky Salsa Medium

How to prepare

Do this

  1. Fry the bacon and place on kitchen paper to drain.
  2. Finely chop silver onion and coriander.
  3. Heat refried beans in microwave or saucepan, put lid on and keep warm.
  4. Fry the eggs, salt and pepper.
  5. Heat tortillas and fill with refried beans and eggs, top with cheese, crème fraiche, salsa, onion and cilantro.
