The perfect pancake recipe for Pancake Day. These vegan American pancakes are heavenly. With fresh berries, chopped pecans and sweet maple syrup, they're irresistible!

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  2. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Mix the seeds with the dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk in the oat milk and water until smooth.
  4. Fry 0.5-1 cups batter, depending on how big the pancakes you want, in margarine in a pan about 1 minute per side.
  5. Serve with maple syrup, berries and chopped nuts.
