How to prepare
- Fry the vegetarian protein in oil in a hot pan, golden all around. Add peppers and onions, fry them so they get a little color.
- Lower the heat and pour in the Fajita spice mix and water - stir well.
- Serve the fajita filling in tortilla wraps with salad, guacamole and salsa.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and lime.
Tip! Try mixing diced mango into the guacamole for a more fruity variety that goes well with fajita.
